Throughout my career, I have navigated challenging environments where I have often found myself as the only woman in the room, or the only black woman. However, I refuse to let these circumstances define me or limit my aspirations. Instead, I have embraced these challenges as opportunities to showcase my resilience, tenacity, and unwavering determination to succeed.

With over two decades of experience in the corporate world, much of it spent navigating and excelling in the fast-paced world of technology, I know firsthand what it takes to build confidence, own your voice, and create a career that truly fulfills you.

My journey started in radio and TV, where I learned the power of communication and storytelling, skills that have been the foundation of my ability to lead, inspire, and help others step into their power. With an MBA in leadership, I’ve dedicated my career to helping women not just succeed, but be seen, heard, and valued in every space they step into.
